About the Tech Recruiter role:
You will be part of the growing People Operations Team, currently consisting of 6 professionals and will be responsible for recruiting new talents within the business area of Tech and IT. Our daily task is to make sure the tech department, i.e. our core business, will be able to staff their teams to succeed. In close collaboration we set up targets and goals for the recruitment’s needed. As Tech Recruiter you work with different stakeholders in our organization, attend weekly meetings and besides from typical recruiting tasks, you also learn a lot about our business – to make the best recruitment’s!
You will be responsible for the whole process and handle everything from recruitment profiles and sourcing to interviews and follow ups. You will be able to handle several recruitment processes at the time.
The person we are looking for has:
- 3+ years technical sourcing experience working as an inhouse recruiter or recruitment consultant, preferably different levels within Java positions.
- A demonstrated passion for technical recruiting
- Good sourcing skills with and a strategic mindset to find effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
- Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
- Bachelor’s degree is not required but meritorious
