About the job

The new and modern centralized Group Procurement function is undergoing transformation to be best in breed. Many challenging business development activities are ongoing and yet more to be initiated that will bring the function up to next level of excellence.

As part of Procurement development team, you will plan and implement change initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency. You will generally take a project manager role, to drive process improvements, tool development and establishment of standardized methods and procedures – creating large added value to the entire organization.

As a Business & Process Developer, your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement tools, methodology, procedures and guidelines for the various strategic change initiatives set forth in the road map
  • Pro-actively work for continuous improvement of our tools and processes
  • Coordinate change management by networking, educating and raising awareness of new procedures & processes

What you need to succeed

As a Business & Process developer, it is important to have an analytical mindset and the ability to proactively develop practices and methods that challenge the current ways of working. You will also engage with a volume of stakeholders across the organization and be a relationship builder with strong communication skills. As a person you have a sense for details but also the ability to see the bigger picture. Furthermore you are a quick learner that likes to work in a faced-paced environment.

Your experience include:

  • Experience of leading cross-functional projects independently
  • Experience of implementing complex change in large organizations
  • Have 3-5 years of experience as a management consultant
  • Academic background – M.Sc. Economics & Business or M.Sc. Engineering
