DigiPlex AS – Business Development Manager, Sweden

Digiplex is expanding and is now looking for a Business Development Manager. The role is a key position within the organisation. You will be responsible for increased business growth and market share, especially in Sweden. As a Business Development Manager,you will facilitate the qualification and introduction of new customers to our site in Sweden.

The Business Development Manager shall carry out his tasks in close co-operation with the entire DigiPlex team, including those on-site and those based elsewhere. Digiplex is located in Upplands Väsby outside Stockholm. You will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

 

Key operational responsibilities:

  • Help the company identify and qualify new major customers in Sweden
  • Assuming full accountability for the sales process, sales pipeline and on-going sales cases in Sweden
  • Identify, qualify, propose, negotiate and work pro-actively to close customer contracts in accordance with the sales goals as agreed upon from time to time with the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 7 – 10 years’ experience from a similar position, experience from complex business-to-business (B2B) – sales (critical outsourcing deals, infrastructure outsourcing services etc.) is an advantage
  • Proven experience of building solutions for a service provider
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English

 

To become successful in this position you are an energetic self-starter with strong client facing skills. Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build relations on CXO level.
